Chamber Leaders Workshop

Join us for this intensive and interactive leadership training focused on providing strategies to building an effective and dynamic leadership team at the chamber. Both the chamber chief paid executive (president/CEO), chamber board members are strongly urged to attend this workshop.

While our world has dramatically changed, the essential ingredients for a successful chamber remain the same – but they’ve been accelerated and are more essential than ever.
The reality is there probably is no going back to the good old days (before March 2020).
This session will challenge chamber leaders to rethink their business model, consider new pathways to success, embrace the role as a 3C Chamber, and be ready to take the necessary steps for the “next normal”.
