High Performance Chamber Boards: Training for Chamber Board Leaders and Executives

Workshop designed for chamber executives, their incoming or current board chairs, and any volunteer leaders who want to get the most out of their board service.

 

In this workshop we will explore:

• Your chamber’s value proposition
• Fiduciary responsibility of board members
• Operational boards vs. Governance boards
• Recruiting and retaining board members
• Running effective meetings
• Strategic planning for success
• Resources for chambers and nonprofit leaders

Cost $100 for first two attendees (i.e. chamber executive and their chair-elect) includes lunch. Additional attendees $35 each.
